Powderhead

So I'd make this a detailed post but I'm just so fucking TIRED.
I've spent the last 3 days doing paperwork, creating menus, reading contracts, talking to my staff, organising meetings, checking suppliers and sourcing new ones, talking to the owner about new menu ideas, trying to fire people, trying to re-hire them, fuck me if I feel like my head is about to fall off. And I am booked up till Xmas and more. Tonight was the second of my Italian Themed nights and fuck it went off. I had customers coming up to me and shaking my hand and shit like that.
I really am good at what I do. I always sort of suspected it, but I now have PROOF. I just wish it wasn't such HARD WORK hahahaha.
